TOEAC's Friends

The agreement between the Accordion for Art Foundation and de Vriend is valid for 1 year and commences per calendar year.

• After the first year, the agreement can be terminated in writing or by e-mail.
• The annual direct debits for friends take place in July.
• In case of monthly payments: your contribution covers 1 year. If you decide to become a friend later in the year in question, the outstanding instalments of the previous months will be collected at the first collection.
• The friend will inform TOEAC in writing or by email about changes in address and other information.
• TOEAC can change the rewards for the friends at any time.

Donors

• All data is included in a database by TOEAC and treated confidentially and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. This information is not provided to third parties.
• TOEAC may contact donors via the information provided by the donor, for example to thank them for the contribution given.
• Because you have financially supported the Accordion for Art Foundation, we can contact you by phone, digitally and in writing. If you do not wish to be contacted by TOEAC, please send an email with your first and last name, email address and zip code + house number to info@toeac.nl
• TOEAC is not responsible for lost, invalid, delayed, or incomplete donations.
